Vegan tartare sauce is so easy to make there is no need to buy pre-made sauce from the store. All you have to do is measure out your ingredients and mix them together.
This vegan tartare sauce will keep for up to one week in the refrigerator.

Vegan Tartare sauce
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Mayo
- 1/8 Cup Relish or Chopped Gerkins/Pickles
- 1 Green Onion, thinly chopped
- Juice of 1/4 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Mix mayo, relish, green onion, lemon juice together in a medium size bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
