Hummus and Fresh Veggie Plate

Hummus and Fresh Veggie Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 Container of Hummus
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Container of Grape Tomatoes, washed
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado, cut
  • 1 Baguette
  • Olives

Instructions

  1. Slice baguette into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Peel and sliced carrots into 1/2 inch thick by 2 inch long matchsticks.
  3. Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  4. Cut avocado in half, remove seed and skin. Slice in 1/2 inch pieces.
  5. Arrange carrots, tomato, avocado, and olives on a plate. Enjoy.
